On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Order Management Setup

Configure Connector for External Fulfillment System

Customer will be using an external fulfillment system to fulfill their sales order. In order to achieve this we will be configuring connector so we can use web services to communicate with the external fulfillment system.

Customer don't have ICS or SOA . Will customer be able to use the connector configurations steps as mentioned in the Implementing Order Management Guide (20A) (Page - 290 : Prepare to Make Connection) using their current SaaS model?
