On : Unifier Any Version that uses the Classic User Interface (UI)
When sending a Business Process (BP) record to the next step using the Classic UI, users receive the error below. Users can send the record to the next when using the new UI.
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier and navigate to the appropriate BP
- Create a new record and attempt to send it to the next step.
