Revising an order fails with:
NOTE: In this instance there is no Scheduling task in the orchestration process.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create order using orderImport Web Service.
2. Order is progressed to - Await Shipping
3. Apply a change to the order using the orderImport Web Service.
4. The order is place on hold with the error reported.
