Waive Recovery Flag Does Not Persist After Saving Paysheet (Doc ID 2670620.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Flag on a paysheet titled "Waive Recovery" becomes unchecked after saving and refreshing the paysheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to preserve the "Waive Recovery" flag value after paysheet refresh

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Select paysheet which has a recoverable beginning balance
2) Click (select) the Waive Recovery checkbox and save the paysheet
3) Refresh the paysheet
4) Observe that the total amount and other fields on the paysheet are updated correctly to reflect the waived recovery of the beginning amount
5) Refresh the paysheet and observe that the Waive Recovery checkbox is now unchecked
