Symptoms
In Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service
When integrating from Oracle HCM Cloud to EPBCS, the EPBCS [filename].xdoz does not load as Report when it is uploaded to BI publisher.
It is uploaded as External Binary file and when the extract is submitted, it throws an error message as below,
Validation Messages:
Extract Delivery Options: CSV - Unable to find BI Report /Custom/EPBCS [filename].xdoz on the BI Server. Verify that the report exists at the path configured in the extract definition. (PER-1531724)
