Workspace - Decimals Appearing on Amount Column for Opportunities, Despite Currency Having no Decimals Set (Doc ID 2670767.1)

Goal

When going to workspace on the Opportunities search screen, the column field of "Amount" is displaying decimals despite having no decimals set for those currencies (precision is set to 0 for currency X and Y ) - how to understand why and solve it?

Path: Login > Under the Filmstrip click "CRM Workspace" > Change the filter to Opportunities > All Opportunities > Page Refreshed > columns on the right are displayed > The field of "Amount" shows decimals.
