Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run the prepayment, getting the following error.

FUSION.APP_EXCEPTION", line 60 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.FND_MESSAGE", line 561 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PROC_LOGGING", line 4

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Calculate quickpay prepayment> process completes in error
