Symptoms
Item rule is created for custom object and Item. The rule is failing when there is multiple record set at custom.
ERROR

DP600(FE_ITEM_MASTER) has failed a rule related validation (EGP-2775647)
Cannot assign item to this inventory organization
DP600(6004) has failed a rule related validation (EGP-2775647)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom object
2. Create item validation rule
3. when trying to associate inv org in item, its failing.
