Text In Financial Reporting (FR) Cell Is Replaced With A Zero When Exported To Excel (Doc ID 2670910.1)

Symptoms

An FR report includes some text in one of the text cells in the upper-left corner of the report (i.e., above and to the left of the dimension heading cells). When the report is run in HTML Preview, it looks correct. But when this report is exported to Excel, the text from that cell is replaced with a '0'.
