Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Transaction Taxes

Starting from Release 13 Update 20A BILL_THIRD_PTY_ACCT_SITE_ID in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS is populated by SITE_USE_ID from HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL instead of CUST_ACCT_SITE_ID from HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL before.

Expected behavior:
ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS.BILL_THIRD_PTY_ACCT_SITE_ID should be populated with value from field HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.CUST_ACCT_SITE_ID instead of value from field HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL.SITE_USE_ID.
