Unable to Log in OCC Administration Interface after Cloning Environment (Doc ID 2671048.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to sign in or reset password after cloning the environment from another environment, 500 Internal Server Error occurs and time-based one-time passwords (TOTPs) do not work.

 

Changes

Cloning an environment from another environment. E.g., Cloning Stage environment from Production environment.
