Oracle Blockchain Platform REST API "/asyncInvocation" Not Writing Transaction ID To Ledger (Doc ID 2671067.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Blockchain Platform REST API "/{restproxy}/bcsgw/rest/v1/transaction/asyncInvocation", the Blockchain client application able to post data to OBP and it returns success too.

However,  can't able to verify transaction in Ledger. REST API "/asyncInvocation" is not writing Transaction ID to Ledger. REST call is using postman.

However transaction ID can't able to see any ledger in the OBP ledger.
