In Fusion applications dev instance on version 20A
Bulk profile values import fails.
ERROR: ERROR description:Invalid enabledFlag/updatableFlag null/null
1.Log in to fusion applications.
2.Go to Tools > FIle Import and export.
3.Upload profile data.
4.Navigate to Manage Administrator Profile Values
5.Try to import the same file which was uploaded in step#3.
6.Import failed with error.
