Service Contract Failed To Import For Service Charge With Zero Price (Doc ID 2671119.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Service Contract

User is trying to import Service Contract for Service with zero price, but the below error is encountered.

ERROR
-----------------------
The value of the attribute HEADER_CURRENCY_UNIT_PRICE isn't valid.
You can't have more than one charge component with the same price element code for a charge. (OKC-196510)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the import zip file with the CSVs
2. Run the Import
3. Ending with errors

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Import Service Contracts for Service with zero price.
