ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RMCS Report "Open Performance Obligation Report" does not run

We are attempting to run the Open Performance Obligation Report. However, it displays a "Searching...." message for over 30 min and does not complete.

Parameters used are Ledger & Legal Entity

We are currently unable to track any open obligations and cannot produce basic KPIs for our revenue managing department.
