Symptoms

Customer is trying to add an interview with "Intelligent Advisor interview" feature in Application Composer > Service Request object > Pages > Select a layout > Add a New Subtab> select Intelligent Advisor interview and click Next.

After 1 minute the customer is getting an ADF_FACES-60097 error.
