Payroll Assignment Details Lookup attribute field is not displaying any value in HSDL (Doc ID 2671348.1)

Customer have created a HSDL template to update Time Card Required flag but into HSDL, the field Time Card Required is not displaying any values.

The type of field is a lookup one and its values are configured in front end. What is the reason for the issue and how to make visible the lookup values into drop down list in HSDL?
