Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When attempting to import journals using ADFDi sheet,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The entered debits 169205992.46 don't equal the entered credits 169205992.47 for the journal XXXXXX. (GL-781948).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Accounting > Journals > Create Journal using Spreadsheet
2. Download ADFDi sheet and login .
3. enter all details and submit it to import journal
