Report ends in no results after the upgrade

We expect to see data in the reports as in production we don't see this issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Impersonate the user XXX
2. Report path: Company Wide Shared Folders > YY> XZ > Level 1
3. Report display no results : The specified criteria didn't result in any data.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot with a specific role cannot see the results
