Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Submitting a Payroll Flow having the date format set in UK (DD/MM/YYYY), the Process Date is shown in US format (MM/DD/YYYY)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Process Date in View Flows Section to be seen in UK format (DD/MM/YYYY)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups
2. Payroll
3. Submit a Flow
4. Submit a Payroll Flow
5. Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes
6. Enter Date in UK format and Submit
7. Go to View Flows
8. The Process Date is shown in US format (MM/DD/YYYY)
