Does Oracle supports the EHF (Elektronisk Handelsformat) standard for e-invoicing for Norway?

Norwegian standard seems to be based on the PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 standard. Is this something that Oracle Cloud supports out of the box or has a localization for?
