Assign Lease To Tax Book Error: Asset_schedule_num Cannot Be Null For Tax Book. ORA-01403 No Data Found (Doc ID 2671394.1)

When copying lease without asset from corp book to tax book, the following error is received:

ERROR:

FA.PLSQL.fa_lease_gen_int_sch_pkg.prepare_asset_schedules:
Asset_schedule_num cannot be null for tax book has the value of <nr>
fa_lease_gen_int_sch_pkg.prepare_asset_schedules
ORA-01403: no data found

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------------
  go to UI -> Assets -> Book: DE LOCAL GAAP BOOK -> Manage Leases
  find the lease to copy to tax book
  click on Assign Book
  Generate Lease Schedules process is triggered. This ends in Error.

This occurs only for leases which are associated to zero assets in the Corporate Book (which have the Assets to Add = 0).
