Distance Time Query Returns A Blank Screen Instead Of Results (Doc ID 2671406.1)

Symptoms

When users go to Shipment Management > Ask Oracle > Distance/Time populate following Fields:
"Request Type", "Rate Service", "Rate Distance", "Location ID" (ship From) and "Location ID" (Ship To) no result page is being displayed rather a blank screen is displayed.

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipment Management > Ask Oracle > Distance/Time
2. Input "Request Type", "Rate Service", "Rate Distance", "Location ID" (ship From) and "Location ID" (Ship Top)
3. No result page is being displayed rather a blank screen is displayed
