User Pickers Show as Empty on the BP Form but Show as Populated in Audit Log

Records that have user pickers that have been populated already show as blank in the Business Process (BP) form in Unifier. The audit log shows the user pickers as populated.
The user pickers should show the value that had been selected as shown in audit log.
