Error When Uploading Stock Order Reconciliation Mass Upload File (Doc ID 2671519.1)

Symptoms

When uploading Stock Order Reconciliation mass upload file using the template, following error message is displayed:

Shipment Reconciliation is not available for the given shipment number.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.  Download the file template for Stock Order Reconciliation.
2) Populate the data as needed by the template such as shipment id, type, adjust type and upload via upload template.

Note: Reconciliation is working fine when using Stock Order Reconciliation screen for each shipment.
