Error While Re-publishing Custom Subject Area with Service Request and Queue Objects

When attempting to add a custom field to existing custom subject area, the following error occurs.
The changes for custom subject area SRs With Queue Audit weren't saved. (ZCX-3075121)
Cause You can't remove entities after a custom subject area is published.
Action Refresh the list of custom subject areas and try again. If the save still fails, then the removed entity may no longer be reportable
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to application composer > Custom subject areas
2. Search for CSA: SRs With Queue > Edit
3. Go to Fields > Add "Time in Pending State" field
4. Go to final step and hit Publish
