On Tax compound tax is not getting calculating

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should get calculating compound tax based.

Ideal Calculation

Custom                               12              5000                 600
Surcharge                            10                600                  60
IGST                                     8              5660                452.8 =(IGST 5000+600+60=5660)
