Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------
The Values added to the Fixed List during the creation of the Manager Layout are displayed in the list even after deletion.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the "Fixed List" is edited and the earlier added values are deleted, the new changes should get saved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A field is added to a custom Manager layout.
2. Values are added to the Fixed List.
3. Click on Finished and the Manager Layout is Created.
4. Now when any value from the Fixed List is deleted and changes are Saved, it is observed that the deleted value is back in the Fixed List.
