Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a shipment is deleted that has an Equipment Type assigned, OTM allows the shipment to be deleted,
OTM however does not reverse the reservation done for the equipment assigned. The Location Asset Inventory still shows the Qty on Hand as Assigned instead of moving it to Available
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the equipment reservation On Hand Quantity go back to “Available”
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a shipment with equipment assigned
2. Delete the shipment
