Symptoms

System Reports do not work for an output of PDF, CSV, XML, or Excel formats, though they will run successfully in HTML format.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access environment as Administrative user.
  2. Review System Reports.
  3. Observe that data is not visible for most report output formats.
