Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Orders

Creating Sales Order Return (RMA) via Webservice gives the following error :-

ERROR

Failed to save data for Service Parameter Mapping "Sales" Source "OrderHeader" Service "PriceSalesTransaction". Caused by failing to process entity
"Header". JBO-26019: Attempting to remove a parent entity without removing all children entitiesCaused by failing to process entity "Header".

Create RMA using orderImportService of SOAP
