Symptoms

The following API to create a project with Project Manager ends in error when a value for Attribute ProjectManagerName is provided

API Name :Create a project

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projects

Error : Attribute ProjectManagerName in view object Projects cannot be set.
