When attempting to print a document, the following error occurs:

There was an error during print. Please see print logs.

From the print server log, the following error can be found:

PDF output error (3334)
Cannot import restricted PDF (with password etc.)


An attachment was added to a quote which is being used to merge into the PDF document.
