Office 365 Share Call Reports With Others Using Email Not Working (Doc ID 2672802.1)

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On a custom Call Reports layout Send by Email button won't invoke an email template to send

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
it should work the same way it works on a Standard Layout

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to O365 Add on
2. Go to Call Reports
3. Drill down on a call report
4. Click on 3 dots icon
5. Select Send By Email option
6. Nothing happens

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send by Email Call Reports
