Importing Inventory To OCC Admin Does Not Update The Inventory (Doc ID 2672894.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Hosting Services - Environment Issues

When attempting to import inventory on OCC admin UI using a .CSV file, the file upload works with out any issue.

But once the "Import" button is clicked, after some time, the results show "0 new items", "0 modified items" and "<number> errors".

This indicates that all items from the file failed to be imported.
