Symptoms
Promotions are not getting listed in the search option for Deal type "Vendor funded promotion".
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Create a promotion in Retail Pricing Cloud service application with start and end dates for all departments and 1 store.
2.) Create a Vendor Funded Promotion Deal in merchandising application with active and close date that includes the promotion period.
3.) Add the Promotion created in step 1.
4.) Notice the promotion drop down does not list the promotion.
