Sequential Bulk Plans Not Schedulable Using Batch Process

When trying to schedule a bulk plan within a batch process you able to name the bulk plan but OTM is not appending the date/time to the end of the bulk plan name when it runs to ensure that the name is unique. Because of this the bulk plan will run the first time it is scheduled but will not run in future executions because the name isn't unique.
