Labels On The Promotion Offers Screen Are Not Displayed Correctly (Doc ID 2672959.1)

When you create a promotion on the promotion offers screen the labels are not loading from the translation file.

Steps to recreate

  1. Login into Pricing Cloud service application. 
  2. Create a promotion.
  3. Navigate to offers screen.
  4. Verify the offer labels  are incorrect.
