Symptoms
When a Custom Email has been configured for a specific Business Process, the Task email subject line should read the same text as identified in the custom email configuration, let's say it is "Test1". However, when a user was copied on the BP record, the email subject line was still displayed as the Unifier default:
"You have been copied on <Business Process Name> Notification <Record#>" instead of what is configured, "Test1".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Log into the Unifier environment.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Business Process > Business Process Name "BP1" > Click on "Customize Email Subject" node > Click on Type "CC'd Tasks" > Subject Line should display "Test1".
- Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Upper BP node > Business Process BP1 > Select BP Record > Process the record so user is CC'd in a Task Email.
- The destination CC user receives the email with subject line: "You have been copied on <Business Process Name> Notification <Record#>" instead of what is configured, "Test1".
