Last updated on JUNE 09, 2022

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 19.12 to 20.4 [Release 19.12 to 20.4]
Primavera Unifier - Version 19.12 to 19.12.4.0 [Release 19.12]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a Custom Email has been configured for a specific Business Process, the Task email subject line should read the same text as identified in the custom email configuration, let's say it is "Test1". However, when a user was copied on the BP record, the email subject line was still displayed as the Unifier default:

"You have been copied on <Business Process Name> Notification <Record#>" instead of what is configured, "Test1".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Business Process > Business Process Name "BP1" > Click on "Customize Email Subject" node > Click on Type "CC'd Tasks" > Subject Line should display "Test1".
  3. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Upper BP node > Business Process BP1 > Select BP Record  > Process the record so user is CC'd in a Task Email.
  4. The destination CC user receives the email with subject line: "You have been copied on <Business Process Name> Notification <Record#>" instead of what is configured, "Test1".
