For any new customer looking to integrate Fusion CX Sales with Outlook client , we recommend implementing CX Sales for Office 365 product .

You should use Oracle CX Sales for Outlook (Classic Outlook client) Only in case you cannot meet the System Requiremnts for Office 365 product
