BATCH_RFMCURRCONV_JOB taking progressively longer to run.

Steps To Recreate:

  Run BATCH_RFMCURRCONV_JOB.

Almost, daily inserts into CURRENCY_RATES are occurring within the database that show no change in exchange_rate. The growing records in CURRENCY_RATES table results in millions of records in
MV_CURRENCY_CONVERSION_RATES, ultimately causing performance issues in other areas of the application.
