Global Fusion HR: Remote Region Error When Trying To Edit Attributes Of A Document Type (Doc ID 2673101.1)

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to change attributes from Relevant to Non-relevant for a document type
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5":
An error occurred while invoking task Document Types. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for Document Types and Select it
3. Search for  a type (example: Drivers License)
4. Uncheck the Relevance for an attribute (example: "From Date/ "To Date"/"Issuing Comments")
5. Click on Submit button
6. Error occurs:
"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5":
An error occurred while invoking task Document Types. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."
