Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Suppliers

Liability Account Details Are Not Editable In Site Assignments
1. Login to Procurement-->Supplier work area
2. From Panel Viewer select 'Manage Suppliers'
3. Using Advanced Search, searched for Supplier XXXX
4. Navigate to Site --> Site Assignments
5. Observe that the Liability Account Details are non editable.We want to change the Liability Distribution for a Site Assignment, but the field is blocked. Why?
