Symptoms

Problem Description:

When configuring an Approval Rule based on whether the requisition is a Hiring Requisition vs. Pipeline Requisition, the rule fails with no returned results.

The approval workflow has the following logic:

  1. If Hiring Requisition, then approval = HM+1, HM+2 (standard approval)
  2. If Pipeline Requisition, then approval = self-approve
