HTML Approval Email Fails with Error [Keyword was not found in the email.] (Doc ID 2673297.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to approve quote via the HTML Approval Link, the user receives a response with the following error message.

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request. No changes have been saved. Details of the error are:
Keyword was not found in the email.

Approvals via keyword still work and approve the quote as normal.

Changes

HTML Approval Emails were enabled and being utilized on the affected environment.
