Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Contracts Management > Contracts > there is an specific business unit that is not available for selection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to select the business unit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Management > Contracts
2. Open the Business Unit LOV and try to select an specific business unit
3. Business unit is not available on the list
4. Other business units are available for selection
