"The value entered for field does not match a valid record" Error While Making Transaction Line Changes (Doc ID 2673356.1)

When editing a transaction line you are getting this error:

During the Screening action you are populating the Service Parameter Id used by the Screening agent to Attribute10 of table- GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE.

In the Custom manager layout you are displaying the Service Parameter Id referring to the Attribute10 of table GTM_TRANSACTION_LINE.
