Symptoms

When attempting to create a receipt the following error occurs.

An error occurred. contact your helpdesk


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a new Purchase Order and make sure it is in Open Status

2. Create a Receipt in the Self service receipts UI (My Receipts) for above PO.
