Cannot Find Oracle Socail Network Icon In Manage Project Plan (Release 20A)? (Doc ID 2673567.1)

Goal

Why we cannot find Oracle Social Network icon (OSN) in Project Management Cloud, on Manage Project Plan page in rel 20A?
It was available in former versions, but with version 20A and new user interface it seems to be gone.
Now we cannot share or open a thread and add documents in social network on specific task or project.
Could you please advise on how to reach social network for a specific project or task from Manage Project Plan page. Or if not possible, where can we alternatively access and share projects and tasks in OSN (with all participating team members included).
