Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Billing - Transactions - Development Environment
An invoice is created with date 17/04/2020 and payment term according to which the due date is 15 Oct 2019 which is prior to Invoice date and system allows to complete the transaction.
Why there is no possibility to change the payment due date?
ERROR

The due date must be later than or equal to the transaction date. (AR-855015)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice with payment term
2. Change the payment due date
